What I enjoy most about Les Grâces is its energy. Cherry and strawberry give this rosé its generous, juicy character, while fine bubbles and a distinctly dry finish keep it fresh and elegant.
It has plenty of fruit without ever feeling sweet or heavy. A lively, inviting rosé that strikes a lovely balance between generosity and freshness.
Les Grâces comes from Festigny in the Vallée de la Marne. The three grape varieties together form this Meunier-led rosé.
Wine from the 2023 harvest is combined with around 40–50% reserve wine from 2022. The base wine is aged in stainless steel, the reserve wine in wood. Fermentation uses indigenous yeasts and includes malolactic fermentation. The dosage is around 2 g/L.
