Terms for your purchase.

The launch range comprises 14 Champagnes. Zalto glasses are not offered at launch.

These terms and conditions apply to orders placed through the Champagner Max online shop. They apply to consumers and businesses. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

The purchase contract is concluded with Maximilian Johannes Schweinzer, trading as Champagner Max, Fiali Ring 4, 3133 Traismauer, Österreich. Contact: hallo@champagnermax.at.

Product presentation in the online shop is not a binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. After products have been added to the basket, the “Proceed to checkout” link leads to Shopify’s ordering process.

Order details can be checked and corrected in the Shopify checkout. By clicking the order button clearly indicating an obligation to pay, customers submit a binding offer to buy the goods listed in the checkout. The contract is concluded when Champagner Max expressly accepts this offer through an order confirmation or dispatches the ordered goods. A purely technical acknowledgement of receipt does not constitute acceptance unless expressly identified as such.

The language of the contract is German. Order details are processed as part of the Shopify checkout; customers receive contractual information on a durable medium, in particular by email.

All product prices displayed to consumers are total prices in euros and include statutory VAT. Delivery charges apply in addition. There is no minimum order value and no free delivery.

Delivery charges for private customers in Austria: 1–3 bottles: €7.90 including VAT · 4–6 bottles: €9.90 including VAT · 7–12 bottles: €12.90 including VAT · 13–24 bottles: €17.90 including VAT · 25–29 bottles: €25.00 including VAT · 30–36 bottles: €30.00 including VAT · 37–60 bottles: €40.00 including VAT · 61–84 bottles: €50.00 including VAT

The displayed DPD Champagne tariffs apply to private customers in Austria ordering 1–84 bottles. More than 84 bottles require an individual delivery enquiry; no flat delivery price is promised here for these quantities. The binding delivery charges are displayed in the Shopify checkout. Zalto glassware has separate delivery arrangements; these DPD Champagne tariffs do not apply to it.

The binding subtotal, delivery charges and total price are displayed in the Shopify checkout before the order is completed. Further information is available under Delivery & Payment.

The payment methods available for your order are displayed in the Shopify checkout. Depending on the payment method, the terms of the payment provider named there also apply.

The payment methods available in the specific checkout and their terms apply. The purchase price is due in accordance with the payment method selected there.

For business customers, payment is generally due immediately. Any exception requires an express individual agreement.

Delivery is available only to addresses within Austria. Collection is not offered.

For Champagne available for regular online ordering, delivery within Austria takes 5–7 business days from receipt of the order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Austria. This period includes order processing, dispatch and delivery to the specified address. Business orders are available only to individually approved businesses and company locations. DPD Champagne delivery within Austria is available to them in the Shopify checkout for 1–71 bottles. B2B delivery prices exclude VAT; Austrian VAT of 20% is added in the Shopify checkout. For the same number of bottles, total B2B delivery charges including VAT are never higher than the B2C delivery charges including VAT. Orders of 72 bottles or more require an individual delivery enquiry; no automatic delivery rate is offered for these quantities in the Shopify checkout. Personal delivery is available only by prior individual agreement and is not a generally selectable checkout option.

If, exceptionally, ordered goods cannot be supplied, Champagner Max will inform the customer without delay. Payments already received for goods not delivered will be refunded.

The goods supplied remain the property of Champagner Max until paid for in full.

Statutory guarantee provisions apply. Consumers’ statutory guarantee rights are neither excluded nor restricted.

Please report transport damage or apparent defects as soon as possible to hallo@champagnermax.at. Failure to make such a report does not affect consumers’ statutory rights.

Consumers generally have a statutory right to withdraw from distance contracts. Details of the period, procedure and returns are set out in the separate withdrawal information. Businesses do not have this statutory right of withdrawal.

The current range comprises Champagne and sparkling wine, not spirits or drinks containing distilled alcohol. Sales and deliveries are made only to people who have reached the age of 16. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are at least 16 years old.

Supply to people below the statutory age limit remains excluded.
