You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods. Where an order contains several goods delivered separately, the period begins upon taking possession of the last goods delivered.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Maximilian Johannes Schweinzer, trading as Champagner Max, Fiali Ring 4, 3133 Traismauer, Österreich, email: hallo@champagnermax.at — of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not compulsory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs — except additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer — without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to the address above without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods only where this results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
