Plein Cadre reveals the remarkable character of Pinot Noir from Bouzy. Rich dark fruit, a creamy texture and impressive depth meet a surprising sense of lightness in this expressive Grand Cru Blanc de Noirs.

Plein Cadre was the Champagne that first won me over to Alfred Tritant.
Its dark fruit is beautifully expressive, but what continues to impress me is the contrast between power and elegance. There is real depth, structure and intensity, yet it never feels heavy or overwhelming.
That balance is what makes Plein Cadre so special to me. It remains one of the most compelling Champagnes in my selection.
Plein Cadre comes from Bouzy in the Montagne de Reims. The village is classified as Grand Cru and is especially closely associated with Pinot Noir. Plein Cadre focuses on this grape variety alone.
The cuvée consists of 49% wine from the 2021 harvest and 51% Réserve perpétuelle. After fermentation in bottle, Plein Cadre spent more than three years on the lees. The dosage is around 7 g/L.
